Teen Leaders Talk about Interfaith Café

Attending an Interfaith Youth Café has taught me about other faiths and cultures. I learned things that some of my elders didn’t know.

Attending Interfaith Youth Cafés, I learned more about different faiths and it made me more aware of different people’s opinions of my own faith.

I learned about different religions and their style of worship. Now that I know how some other religions work, I won’t be so quick to make a judgmental statement or comment.

Interfaith Youth Cafés are a great way to understand other religions and stop being so ignorant about the religious views of others.

I never knew about certain religions. I was always curious, but too afraid to ask anything until this program pushed me. I’ve enjoyed learning about how other people believe and pray.

Before, I was naïve and knew very little about all the religions other than Catholicism.  Through the Interfaith Cafés, I not only learned about different faith traditions, but I was able to meet new friends.
